FontanaArte Fontana Medium Table Lamp is an enduring icon of Italian design, created in 1954 by Max Ingrand — a leading figure of Art Déco and one of the most refined interpreters of glass in twentieth-century lighting. Capturing the archetypal silhouette of the classic table lamp, Fontana is crafted entirely from blown glass — with the exception of the Brass version, which is made of metal — delivering an enveloping, diffused light emission that lends warmth and timeless elegance to any interior. Its fluid lines and perfectly balanced proportions — a total height of 530 mm and a diameter of 320 mm — allow it to complement virtually any decorative style.

Designed to elevate refined domestic interiors, the Fontana Medium stands out for a distinctive feature exclusive to the White version: a multiple lighting system with independent light sources in both the base and the shade, each switchable separately via a double switch. This configuration allows precise modulation of the ambient mood — from an intimate, restful glow to a more focused light for reading — making it an ideal companion for a bedroom or a reading corner in the living room. The White version accommodates 1x max 100W E27 + 2x max 30W E14 and is not dimmable. The Brass version, in metal, features a single switch with a 1x max 100W E27 light source and is fully dimmable, offering an even finer control over light intensity. Both versions support 100–240 V input voltage and are compatible with EU, AUS, USA, UK and Japanese electrical standards, with insulation class II and a protection rating of IP20. The power cord, switch and plug are black. The use of LED bulbs is recommended for greater energy efficiency; bulbs are not included.
