Cartoccio Q is one of the vases conceived and created by Pietro Chiesa for FontanaArte in 1932. Almost a century ago. The beauty of this vase lies precisely in its shape which recalls a real envelope but graceful, unique. Pietro Chiesa was a master of glass, the preferred material of the FontanaArte company. To create Cartoccio Q, the designer sees fit to use the technique of hot bending a single glass plate to create a vase with inimitable lines. In fact, each slab that makes up the vase is folded manually. This choice makes each Cartoccio Q exclusive and original. The vase is 28 cm high and still today it gives a precious and delicate touch to interior furnishings.
