Alicanto is a wall lamp whose name derives from Chilean mythology: a nocturnal bird of the Atacama desert that has the peculiarity of feeding exclusively on gold and silver. Myth says that its diet renders it unable to fly but makes it shine with golden reflections. It is therefore the image of this bird capable of illuminating the night, on the point of taking flight but firmly on the ground, to have suggested the inspiration for the name of a new lamp, characterized by a slight forward imbalance. Its arched shape is entirely projected to bring the light, as if to "hand it out" as far as possible. Elegant and sophisticated, Alicanto is a solid but light contemporary lamp, with an innovative design, which represents a proposal capable of adapting to all furnishings.
