Flos ZERO TRACK surface track profile 24V

Flos ZERO TRACK surface track profile 24V is an indoor electro-mechanical profile by Flos Architectural, designed for surface installation on ceilings or walls. Crafted in aluminium, this track system stands out for its remarkably compact cross-section — just 7 mm in height and 17 mm in width — allowing it to blend discreetly into any architectural structure, almost like a recessed fixture. Operating at 24V DC with a current carrying capacity of 5A, the system supports dimmable light management. Available in lengths of 1000 mm and 2000 mm and in five finishes — White, Chrome, Black, Deep Brown and Bronze — it adapts precisely to different interior design contexts and refined project requirements.

The Zero Track profile is conceived to create continuous, modular lighting systems with a strong visual impact, perfectly suited to high-end residential and contract environments. Its compositional flexibility makes it an ideal solution for living room, kitchen and office lighting projects. The profile is compatible with the optical systems of the Find Me collection by Jorge Herrera (Find Me 0, Find Me 1, Find Me 2, Find Me 1 Suspension) and the Atom collection by Piero Lissoni (Atom 90, Atom 120, Atom 200), offering a wide range of adjustable lighting solutions. The IP20 protection rating and Insulation Class III confirm its intended use for indoor environments.

The system can be powered by a remote source not included, or via a power supply unit fitted directly into the track, supplied with an adjustable power source. The initial power connector allows cable entry both at the top and at the side; the power connector, the intermediate power supply and the 90° angle elements can only be fed from the rear. The maximum track length with the same driver is 10 metres. Dimmable drivers with PWM voltage output must be used at frequencies between 250 and 500 Hz. For non-accessible ceiling solutions, the system is available with dimmable power sources and a 1-10V broadcast control system. Dimmable remote power supply is available with 1/10V and DALI protocols; the surface power unit is available with the 1/10V protocol.

Available accessories include coplanar angular mechanical connectors adjustable at 90° and curved, 90° angular connectors with height change (wall-to-ceiling or ceiling-to-wall), "T" and "X" connectors, as well as coplanar 90° and curved powered connection elements. For vertical installations, a stopper must be fitted, to be ordered separately. The power connector, intermediate connectors, end caps and all installation accessories are not included and must be ordered separately.
