Flos Wall Rupture recessed profile

Wall Rupture by Flos Architectural, designed by Thierry Dreyfus, is a recessed wall profile conceived as a secret crack of light: an invisible luminaire made entirely of Soft Composite, evoking the effect of a hidden crease that reveals an irregular relief beneath the surface. The plaster material and Soft technology give the installation seamless visual continuity with the wall, making the light source an integral part of the architecture itself.

Designed for high-end residential and representative interiors, the Wall Rupture is ideal for enhancing plasterboard walls in the living room, the bedroom, or in prestigious contract settings. The integrated LED module delivers a power output of 17.5 W/m and is available in two colour versions: the Gold version, with a colour temperature of 2700K and a luminous flux of 1140 lm/m, creates a warm and enveloping atmosphere; the Silver version, with a colour temperature of 5000K and a luminous flux of 1225 lm/m, delivers a cooler, more contemporary light. Both versions integrate discreetly into the interior design thanks to their minimal visual impact. The non-dimmable driver is included, with a universal input voltage of 100-240 V and Insulation Class II rating. The IP20 protection degree confirms its use in indoor environments. The profile is available in two configurations: the Continuous Line version, in lengths of 3 metres or 4 metres, suited for seamless linear installations; and the End Caps version (finished line), in lengths of 2.3 metres or 3.3 metres, designed for installations with defined visible terminals.
