Flos UT Downlight Trim 86 recessed adjustable

Flos UT Downlight Trim 86 is an adjustable recessed spotlight from the UT Downlight collection by Flos Architectural, designed for ceiling installation in indoor environments. The optical body is crafted from high-pressure injected aluminium, finished in white or black powder coating. This version features a visible trim frame that requires no installation formwork, significantly simplifying the mounting process.

Thanks to its dual function — downlight in the upper position and adjustable projector in the lower position — the Flos UT Downlight Trim 86 adapts precisely to any lighting requirement, from accent lighting to general illumination. In the lower position, it allows a 360° rotation and a 90° tilt, offering maximum directional flexibility. It is the ideal solution for high-quality residential and commercial environments such as the living room or the office, where precise light control is essential to enhance spaces and surfaces.

The light source is an integrated 27 W LED Array with a CRI90 colour rendering index, ensuring faithful and natural colour reproduction. It is available in 3000K or 4000K colour temperatures to suit warm or neutral light environments. The available optics are SPOT 12°, MEDIUM 24° and FLOOD 37°, allowing precise beam control depending on the application. The driver is included and available in non-dimmable or DALI-dimmable versions, with universal 100–240 V input voltage. The product is rated IP20 and belongs to Insulation Class II. The fixture diameter is 86 mm, with a 120 mm mounting cutout.
