Flos Toio HL Black floor lamp halogen

Flos Toio HL is an iconic halogen floor lamp designed by brothers Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962, one of the most celebrated icons of twentieth-century Italian design. Its structure in liquid-painted steel, finished in black, rises vertically from a sheared and bent base, featuring a telescopic rod that allows the light point to be adjusted between 1580 and 1950 mm in height. The light source is a 300 W PAR halogen lamp fitted with a GX16D lampholder and included in the package.

The Toio HL reimagines industrial components — inspired by an American car headlight — into a collectible design object permanently exhibited at MoMA in New York. The telescopic rod makes it easy to direct soft, indirect light downward, while the dimmer integrated on the cable allows effortless adjustment of light intensity. With a universal input voltage of 100–240 V and an IP20 rating for indoor use, the Toio HL is a refined statement piece perfectly suited to the living room or any contemporary residential interior.
