Flos Parentesi Double floor lamp white suspension

Flos Parentesi Double is one of the most celebrated icons of Italian industrial design, conceived by Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manù Caccia Dominioni. This double white version includes two elements — a full Parentesi (F5400009) and a Parentesi Element (F5500009) — sharing the same steel cable tensioned between floor and ceiling over a length of 4000 mm. The distinctive steel tube, shaped like a parenthesis, slides vertically along the cable with a gentle push of the hand, embodying with absolute elegance the form=function principle. Compatible with LED E26/E27 light sources (not included), it operates on a universal input voltage of 100–240 V and carries an IP20 protection rating. It won the Compasso d'Oro in 1979 and is now on permanent display at the Design Museum of the Milan Triennale.

The double configuration allows two light points to be distributed along the same cable, multiplying compositional possibilities while preserving the purity of the original design.
