Flos Guns Table Gun table lamp AK47

Flos Table Gun is the table lamp designed by Philippe Starck for Flos, the mid-sized model in the iconic GUNS collection. The aluminium body faithfully reproduces the AK-47 assault rifle, known as the "Kalashnikov", mounted on a circular base of 280 mm in diameter and crowned by a plasticised paper lampshade with small crosses embossed on the inside, rich in symbolic meaning. Standing 924 mm tall with a shade diameter of 511 mm, the lamp delivers diffused light whose intensity is adjustable via the in-line cable dimmer.

Originally conceived by Starck in 2005 and re-edited in 2022, the GUNS collection was born as an ironic provocation on the relationship between violence and everyday life, and is exhibited in design museums around the world. The Table Gun is an ideal statement piece for a living room, a study or a bedroom, adding a culturally resonant design object to any interior. The E26/E27 lampholder accepts LED sources up to 150 W (bulb not included), with universal voltage compatibility 100–240 V and an IP20 rating for indoor use. The lamp is switched on by pulling the trigger. Available in Glossy Gold 18K, Matt Black with gold inner texture and Matt White with silver inner texture.
