Flos Fantasma Floor Lamp Cocoon Resin

Flos Fantasma is a large Cocoon resin floor lamp designed by Tobia Scarpa in 1961 for Flos. Its internal framework is crafted in white powder-coated steel, onto which the distinctive Cocoon resin is sprayed to form the diffuser; a transparent protective finish is then applied by spray at the end of the process, enhancing the surface and giving the shade its unmistakable organic, enveloping texture.

Standing 1950 mm tall with a base diameter of 600 mm, Fantasma asserts itself as a sculptural statement piece that fills large spaces with warm, diffused light at 2700 K. The lamp accommodates 4 light sources with E26-E27 lampholders, compatible with both LED and halogen bulbs, and features an electronic step dimmer integrated into the cable for progressive adjustment of light intensity. Universal voltage compatibility (100–240 V) makes it suitable for all major international standards.
