Flos Caule Floor 3 outdoor lamp

Flos Caule Floor 3 is an outdoor floor lamp designed by Patricia Urquiola for Flos Outdoor, distinguished by a slender, flexible stem that evokes the botanical structure of a flower. The stem and base are crafted in stainless steel for reliable resistance to weathering, while the head is manufactured in die-cast aluminium. The integrated 10 W LED light source is included and delivers a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) with a CRI80 colour rendering index. The head is available in two distinct versions: the Solid version, featuring a sandblasted glass screen, ensures high visual comfort through the recessed position of the source and dedicated lenses that control light emission and prevent direct glare; the Nest version, with a stainless steel metal mesh cover and transparent methacrylate screen, wraps the optical unit in a special lattice that creates striking plays of light and shadow after dark while blending seamlessly into natural surroundings during the day. The flood optic with a 52° beam angle delivers a symmetrical, even light distribution.

Caule Floor 3 is a refined yet distinctive presence, conceived to enhance gardens, terraces and outdoor design spaces with understated elegance. The IP66 protection rating certifies full suitability for use in outdoor environments exposed to the elements. The lamp comes complete with a 5-metre cable for outdoor use, fitted with an IP44 Schuko plug and a backlit pedal dimmer switch rated IP65, enabling both ON/OFF control and continuous adjustment of the luminous flux: the lamp is therefore fully dimmable, with the driver included. The universal input voltage of 100–240 V ensures compatibility with major electrical standards worldwide. Overall dimensions include a total height of 1400 mm, a width of 300 mm and a base diameter of 500 mm. The lamp is available in six finishes: Anthracite, Black, Deep Brown, Forest Green, Grey and White. Note: versions with a light temperature of 2700 K or 4000 K are available on request.
