Flos Caule Floor 2 outdoor lamp

Flos Caule Floor 2 is an outdoor floor lamp designed by Patricia Urquiola for Flos Outdoor, distinguished by a soft, flexible stem inspired by the botanical structure of a flower. The stem and base are crafted in stainless steel for efficient resistance to weathering, while the head is made of die-cast aluminium. The integrated 10 W LED light source, included in the package, delivers warm white light at 3000 K with a CRI80 colour rendering index, creating a natural and welcoming atmosphere. The IP66 protection rating ensures full suitability for outdoor use even in adverse weather conditions.

The Caule Floor collection is available in two head versions, each designed to meet different aesthetic and functional needs. The Solid version ensures high visual comfort thanks to the recessed position of the light source and dedicated lenses that control light emission, preventing direct glare; the protective screen is made of sandblasted glass. The Nest version wraps the optical unit in a special stainless steel metal mesh with a transparent methacrylate screen, producing fascinating plays of light and shadow at night while blending seamlessly into the surroundings during the day. Both versions feature symmetrical light distribution with a 52° beam angle (flood optic). With its slender and refined silhouette, Caule Floor 2 integrates naturally into gardens and terraces of all kinds, enhancing outdoor spaces with a subtle yet distinctive presence. The lamp is supplied complete with a 5-metre cable suitable for outdoor environments, featuring an IP44 Schuko plug and a backlit pedal dimmer switch (IP65) for ON/OFF control and dimmable light output adjustment. Dimensions are: height 950 mm, width 300 mm, base diameter 500 mm. The driver is included and the lamp is compatible with 100–240 V input voltage. Caule Floor 2 is available in six finishes: anthracite, black, deep brown, forest green, grey and white. Versions with a light temperature of 2700 K or 4000 K are available on request.
