Flos Captain Flint Outdoor W1 wall lamp

Flos Captain Flint Outdoor W1 is an outdoor LED wall lamp designed by Michael Anastassiades for Flos Outdoor in 2021. With a clean and contemporary aesthetic, this diffused-light wall fixture features a rosette, frame and cone crafted in stainless steel, with structural parts treated through a chemical conversion process to ensure outstanding resistance to weathering and atmospheric agents. The diffuser is made from injection-moulded opal anti-UV polycarbonate, delivering a uniform and pleasant light output. The integrated 11 W LED light source is included, offering a 112° beam angle and a CRI 80 colour rendering index. With a diameter of 208 mm and a length of 300 mm, the lamp carries an IP68 protection rating, confirming its suitability for fully exposed outdoor installations even in demanding climatic conditions.

The Captain Flint Outdoor W1 is an elegant solution for enhancing high-quality outdoor spaces such as gardens, terraces, building facades and residential entrances. It is available in five finishes — brushed steel, burgundy red, dark brown, brushed brass and black — to suit a wide range of architectural settings. The colour temperature can be chosen between 2700K with a luminous flux of 613 lm, 3000K with 658 lm and 4000K with 703 lm, allowing a selection from warm, atmospheric tones to cooler, more functional light. The integrated power supply operates at 100–240 V, compatible with the main international standards (EU, AUD, USA, UK, JAP), and comes with a built-in ON/OFF switch and a fixing bracket included. The lamp is not dimmable in its standard version; dimmable and DALI dimmable versions are available on request.
