Flos Bibliotheque Nationale floor lamp

Flos Bibliothèque Nationale is a multifunctional floor lamp designed by the renowned Philippe Starck in 2013 and produced by Flos. Its structure combines a zinc-plated steel sheet base with polished stainless steel brackets, while the conical outer shade conceals an inner opaline PC diffuser that reveals its glow only when the lamp is switched on — an unexpectedly poetic lighting effect. The lamp supports LED or halogen sources up to 150 W, features an E26/E27 lampholder, a built-in dimmer function, and is compatible with international voltages from 100–240 V.

An ideal statement piece for the living room or a refined office, the Bibliothèque Nationale transcends pure lighting: its three rotating stainless steel shelves provide space for books, decorative objects and accessories, bringing to life Starck's vision of "a magical library where books soar into the light."
