Flos Arco Black 2002 Limited Edition 40th anniversary

The Arco floor lamp originally made in 1962 by Achille Castiglioni, was produced in 2002 in a Limited Edition for the 40th anniversary of the original lamp, made in only 3,000 pieces. Made of highly prized black marble, it features a solid base that provides stability and a telescopic stainless steel stem to adjust height and length. The base is made of solid machined black marble (instead of white like the classic version), with a through-hole to facilitate movement. The stem is made of satin-finished stainless steel, divided into three telescopic segments for adjustment. The diffuser is a hemispherical aluminum dome, swiveling and perforated to provide an anti-glare effect.

The lamp is not new, it was part of a private collection.
