Flos Arco Black 2002 Limited Edition 40th anniversary

Flos Arco Nero 2002 Limited Edition is the celebrated arc floor lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, reissued by Flos in 2002 in a prestigious limited edition of only 3,000 pieces to celebrate the 40th anniversary of one of the most iconic objects in Italian design. In this rare celebratory version, the traditional white Carrara marble base gives way to a refined solid black marble base, a distinctive detail that enhances its collectible appeal and historical value.

Design and materials

The telescopic stem in satin-finished stainless steel, made up of three adjustable sections, allows the height and depth of the arch to be adapted, while the adjustable diffuser in perforated aluminium provides direct light emission with an anti-glare effect. The colour contrast between the matte black base and the sheen of the satin steel makes this edition even more sculptural and refined than the classic version, a true tribute to the Castiglioni brothers' design language reinterpreted in a contemporary key.

Technical specifications

The total height is 240 cm, the base measures 235 x 550 mm and the power cable reaches 270 cm. The socket is E26-E27, the bulb is included and the power supply is compatible with the main international standards (100-240 V).
