Esse-ci Teres Micro Zoom recessed spotlight with adjustable beam

Teres Micro Zoom by Esse-ci is an LED recessed spotlight with an exceptionally compact footprint — just 31 mm internal diameter and 65 mm in height in the wide-beam configuration — delivering high performance through an adjustable beam lens ranging from 10° to 40°. The body is crafted in epoxy powder-coated aluminum, available in white or black, combining visual discretion with structural durability. The honeycomb optic effectively controls glare while enhancing the quality of the direct light emission.

Designed for environments where the luminaire's presence must remain as unobtrusive as possible, the Teres Micro Zoom is the ideal choice for accent lighting in living rooms, galleries, retail spaces, and residential or contract settings where precision detailing matters. The Ø46 mm recessed hole allows seamless installation in any suspended ceiling, with a recessed depth of 76 mm. The Teres family also includes versions with a visible edge, frameless models, and multi-spot configurations, offering extensive design flexibility.

The spotlight is available in two power options: the 3W version delivers 238 lm at 3000K and 262 lm at 4000K, while the 7W version reaches 510 lm at 3000K and 560 lm at 4000K. In both cases, the integrated driver operates at a constant current of 500 mA with a universal input of 100–240 V, and both versions are fully dimmable with Mac Adams 3 classification. The spotlight height varies slightly depending on the selected angle: 65 mm at a 40° beam and 75 mm at a 10° beam, reflecting the precise optical engineering behind the zoom mechanism. A CRI greater than 90 ensures excellent colour rendering, faithfully reproducing the true tones of illuminated objects, while the RG0/RG1 eye safety rating makes it suitable for occupied spaces. Colour temperature can be chosen between 3000K (warm white) and 4000K (neutral white); the DALI version and the 2700K version are available on request only. With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours and an IP40 protection rating, the Teres Micro Zoom is a reliable, long-lasting solution for any quality lighting project.
