Duralamp 50W High Power Elliptical LED Lamp with Sodium Effect

The Duralamp 50W High Power Elliptical LED Lamp with Sodium Effect is a high power LED lamp featuring SMD technology and a high-efficiency chip, designed to directly replace traditional discharge lamps in the same fixtures thanks to its elliptical shape. The body and heat sinks are made from thermally conductive plastic, while the anti-glare opal polycarbonate cover ensures uniform and comfortable light diffusion. The 50W version comes with an E27 socket and includes an E40 adapter, making it compatible with a wide range of luminaire types.

This lamp has been specifically developed to reproduce the so-called sodium effect, available in two colour temperatures — 1800K and 2400K — producing an extremely warm light, ideal for enhancing stone buildings, monuments and historic squares. It can also be installed in outdoor environments inside appropriate IP-rated enclosures, making it a highly efficient solution for architectural and public lighting. A key technological feature is the ballast split into two separate sections, creating an extended cooling area and ensuring an average lifespan of 25,000 hours. The 300° beam angle provides wide coverage, while a luminous flux of 5,000 lm and a colour rendering index greater than 80 complete the performance profile of this light source. The lamp operates at 220-240V, is compatible with EU, AUS, USA, UK and JAP voltages, delivers instant full light with no warm-up time, and is not dimmable. Protection rating is IP20.
