Driade Millepiedi bench

Driade Millepiedi is a solid ash wood bench designed by Studio Catoir for Driade, inspired by the archetype of the three-legged milking stool. The multiplication of the legs spontaneously evokes the image of a centipede, celebrating the natural beauty of wood and the craftsmanship required to create and assemble each individual element. The result is a bench that seamlessly blends aesthetics and surprise, featuring five circular seats with interspersed floor supports, crafted entirely in open-pore ebonized ash with a distinctly visible wood grain.

Measuring 155 cm in width, 42 cm in height and 35 cm in depth, Millepiedi suits a variety of interior settings, bringing an immediate focal point to the living room or entrance hall. Designed exclusively for indoor use, it can also be combined with additional units to create extended linear configurations of great visual impact. Each individual circular seat has a diameter of 35 cm, a proportion that balances comfort with a sense of refined lightness.
