DCW Lampe Gras 205 table lamp conical diffuser

1921, the designer Bernard-Albin Gras designs a series of lamps for office use and industrial environments giving birth to a truly historic interior lighting collection, which remains to this day. Lampe Gras 205 is a table model: a simple and ergonomic lamp with a base without welding or screws, it is equipped with a 360° movable rod thanks to its innovative construction and a cone-shaped diffuser. The designer Gras anticipates a real "movement", patenting these lamps for functional uses such as on desks and work tables, given their adjustability. In doing so, Gras attracted the attention of proponents such as Le Corbusier, who made use of these lamps in some architectural projects. Lampe Gras - model 205 - is appreciated in both the residential and contract sectors and comes with a black structure and cable, which can be combined with a diffuser available in thirteen different finishes.
