Danese Milano I Volti, Cinque silkscreen printing

Created in 2007, I Volti, Cinque belongs to the Giocosa Mente series, a project by Mimmo Paladino inspired by the video Giocosa Mente, a work of art in moving images, produced to celebrate the centenary of Bruno Munari's birth. In this work, the artist constructs a stylised face using minimal graphic elements and expressive lines, combining drawing and collage in a playful visual composition.

The work reflects the spirit of experimentation, imagination and creativity that characterised Munari's artistic research. Through its essential lines and symbolic images, the composition transforms a simple face into an expressive graphic sign, continuing the dialogue between contemporary art and the educational and playful dimension that has long characterised Danese Milano's visual culture.
