Installation:

Installation and maintenance must be carried out only by qualified personnel in compliance with current regulations.

The product must be installed inside an electrical panel protected from overvoltages.

The product must be installed in a vertical or horizontal position with the front panel/label facing upwards or vertically; other positions are not permitted.

The bottom-up position (with front panel/label at the bottom) is not permitted.

Keep 230V (LV) circuits and non-SELV circuits separate from safety extra low voltage (SELV) circuits and all connections on this product.

It is absolutely forbidden to connect, for any reason, directly or indirectly, the 230V mains voltage to the bus or to other parts of the circuit.

Diet:

For power supply, use only SELV type power supplies with limited current, short circuit protection and appropriately rated power sized. In the case of power supplies equipped with earth terminals, it is mandatory to connect ALL protective earth points (PE = Protection Earth) to a properly executed and certified earthing system. The connection cables between the very low voltage power source and the product must be correctly sized and must be insulated from any wiring or parts with non-SELV voltage. Use double insulation cables. Size the power of the power supply in reference to the load connected to the device. If the power supply is oversized compared to the maximum absorbed current, insert protection against overcurrents between the power supply and the device.

Commands:

The length of the connection cables between the local controls (N.O. Push Button, 0-10V, 1-10V, Potentiometer or other) and the product must be less than 10m; the cables must be sized correctly and must be isolated from any non-SELV wiring or parts. Use double insulation shielded and twisted cables. The length and type of cables connecting to the buses (DMX512, DALI or other) must comply with what is defined by the specifications of the respective protocols and current regulations; compartment isolated from any wiring or non-SELV voltage parts. It is recommended to use double insulation shielded and twisted cables. All devices and control signals connected to the buses (DMX512, DALI or other) and to the local controls (N.O. Push Button, 0-10V, 1-10V, Potentiometer or other) must be of the SELV type (the connected devices must be SELV or otherwise provide a SELV signal).

Releases:

The length of the connection cables between the product and the LED modules must be less than 10m; the cables must be sized correctly and must be isolated from any non-SELV wiring or parts. Use double insulation shielded and twisted cables.
