Codiceicona Bugia table lamp

Codiceicona Bugia is a compact table lamp designed by Giuseppe Cormio for Codiceicona, crafted entirely in steel. Its name draws from the French word Bougie — an Algerian city once renowned for the quality of its wax — evoking the gentle, wandering light of a candle flame. More than a light source, Bugia is a design object that carries history and poetry within its understated form.

With a width and depth of 180 mm and a height ranging between 160 and 200 mm, the Bugia is effortlessly portable and fits naturally into a variety of home settings, from the living room to the bedroom, where it creates an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Fitted with an E14 lampholder and a LED bulb included, it operates with a single light source and is compatible with the main international voltage standards (EU, USA, UK, Australia, Japan), making it a versatile choice for home use or as a gift.
