Cini&Nils Manta suspension lamp

Manta by Cini&Nils, designed by Giancarlo Alci in 2025, is a LED suspension lamp with a contemporary design that floats in space like a luminous sail. The precision-curved aluminium body gives the lamp a fluid, sculptural shape that combines structural solidity with visual lightness. Available in two sizes — Manta 500 and Manta 800 — and in six sophisticated finishes (white, black, light dove, light blue, green, red), it adapts elegantly to both residential and contract environments.

Elegantly suspended, Manta is perfectly at home in the living room, dining room or representative spaces, where it can be installed as a single statement piece or in multiple compositions to create dynamic and poetic lightscapes. The light source is an integrated LED with power supply included, dimmable via DALI protocol, delivering a colour rendering index of CRI90 and a selectable colour temperature of 3000K or 4000K. The product is rated IP20 for indoor use and belongs to insulation class I. Available in single-emission or bi-emission versions, Manta offers two distinct lighting experiences: the single-emission version directs light downward through hemispherical optics, while the bi-emission version adds a rear prismatic diffuser that creates a soft, enveloping upward illumination. The Manta 500 bi-emission and Manta 500 single-emission feature a diffuser with a diameter of 500 mm and a height of 65 mm, with a luminous flux of 2500 lm (LED 20 W) and 1100 lm (LED 10 W) respectively. The Manta 800 bi-emission and Manta 800 single-emission feature a diffuser of 800 mm in diameter and 105 mm in height, with the same luminous flux values: 2500 lm (LED 20 W) for the bi-emission version and 1100 lm (LED 10 W) for the single-emission version. In both sizes, the ceiling rose has a diameter of 158 mm. Effective heat dissipation ensures consistently high lighting performance over time, making Manta a luminous object that combines compositional freedom, technical excellence and formal beauty.
