Brokis Capsula led suspension lamp

Brokis Capsula is a LED suspension lamp in glass, designed by Lucie Koldova in 2013 for the Czech brand Brokis. Its silhouette is instantly recognisable: two glass spheres nestled around a central cylinder that serves as the luminous core, housing the integrated 8W LED. The glass layers encapsulate one another with precision, creating a composition of rare elegance that combines refined craftsmanship with contemporary design sensibility.

Capsula stands out for its exceptional degree of personalisation: the colour of the outer and inner glass can be chosen independently, combining opal or transparent finishes to generate ever-changing luminous atmospheres. The twelve pre-set finishes range from Total Transparent to Smoky Grey with Transparent interior, from Violet to Red, from Amber to Light Blue, through to the Total opal versions in Amber, Smoky Grey, Pearl Grey and White, as well as Opal White with a Transparent interior. On request, additional colour combinations are available with glossy opal or glossy transparent finishes, subject to a possible price variation. The lamp hangs suspended between two cables balanced by an adjustable joint, with a 2.2 m cable included and a black canopy measuring 280×50 mm supplied in the box. The diffuser dimensions are 265×295 mm. Thanks to its diffused light emission, Capsula is perfectly suited to refined residential interiors, from the living room to the bedroom. The LED source is not dimmable in the standard configuration, with a colour temperature of 2700K — available on request at 4000K or 5000K. The input voltage is universal, 100-240V, with a protection rating of IP20 and insulation class II.
