Flos Sawaru by Nendo

Sawaru creation by Nendo for Flos is a product consisting of 2 single cylinders that touch perpendicularly. One cylinder contains the LED light source while the other serves as a support base. The angle of the projector body can be adjusted to three positions: 25, 40 and 60 degrees, simply by inserting a pin fixed on the base. The different functions are made possible thanks to the exclusion of superfluous elements and the simplification of the form. The base and the body of the product are in extruded aluminum and painted finishes or with galvanic process. The internal diffuser is in photo-engraved polycarbonate injection molded. The reflector is in die-cast and painted aluminum. Sawaru includes the dimmer function and channel mixing via a foot switch on a cable, a color temperature can be set that starts from 1800 to 4000 degrees kelvin, therefore a warm environment or with natural light. The power supply is with plug and interchangeable plug for the different standards with a power cord length of 2.5 meters. The finishes available are: black, white, shiny gold, matt blue. Sawaru can be used as a bedside lamp or a decorative element in any interior.
