Astep Model 548 Limited Edition led table lamp

Astep Model 548 Limited Edition is a LED table lamp based on an original design by Gino Sarfatti from 1951, reissued by Astep as a special edition presented at Euroluce 2023, distinguished by its striking yellow finish. Crafted in brass, the lamp features an adjustable white-painted aluminium spotlight mounted on a dark burnished brass tubular stem, with a brass bar at the base acting as a counterweight in an elegant exercise in formal balance. The resulting diffused and reflected light is the outcome of a careful study on luminous reflection through a screen, a recurring theme throughout Sarfatti's work.

This table lamp is perfectly suited as a reading light in the bedroom or on a desk in the office, fitting naturally into any setting that calls for a classic yet contemporary touch. The original incandescent bulb has been replaced by an integrated 7 W LED source, delivering a 2700 K warm white light and a luminous flux of 730 lm.
