Artemide Unterlinden table lamp

Artemide Unterlinden table lamp is an icon of contemporary design created by the Swiss studio Herzog & de Meuron, developed as an evolution of the pendant originally designed for a French museum and introduced by Artemide at Milan Design Week. The structure is entirely in metal: the pointed die-cast aluminium shade is available in antique aluminium and antique brass finishes, both featuring an antique-style patina and a rippled exterior surface that adds visual depth and a refined artisanal character. The tall, slender stem rises from a circular black base with a diameter of 160 mm, creating an elegant and instantly recognisable silhouette.

Unterlinden is designed for those who demand uncompromising lighting quality, capable of enhancing both domestic and professional settings with equal sophistication. Thanks to its direct light emission and the carefully angled metal support, it produces glare-free illumination, making it ideal for reading and work areas. It is a perfect choice for a refined office or as a statement piece on a bedside table in a design-led bedroom. The light source is an included 9 W LED with an average lifespan of 50,000 hours and a CRI 90 colour rendering index, ensuring vivid and natural colour reproduction. Two colour temperatures are available: 3000K with a luminous flux of 349 lm for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, or 2700K with 339 lm for an even cosier tone. Brightness is adjusted via an integrated microswitch dimmer, allowing the light to be tailored to any moment of the day. The lamp is compatible with input voltages between 100 and 240 V, is rated Insulation Class III and carries an IP20 protection rating. Overall dimensions are: total height 516 mm, depth 305 mm and upper shade diameter 117 mm.
