Artemide Tolomeo Mega Suspension is a suspension lamp designed by Michele de Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina for Artemide — a timeless icon of contemporary lighting that seamlessly combines form and refined functionality. The structure is crafted in aluminium, while the 420 mm diameter parchment diffuser — supported by plastic material — lends the light a warm, enveloping quality, casting it gently downward in direct emission. The slender suspension cable, which also serves as the power cable, gives the entire composition an almost sculptural visual lightness.

Thanks to its versatility and enduring character, the Tolomeo Mega Suspension integrates effortlessly into both residential and high-end contract settings: it is an ideal choice for the living room, the bedroom, or professional environments such as offices, hotels and restaurants, where lighting quality shapes the overall atmosphere. The lamp is dimmable, allowing light intensity to be adjusted via a wall-mounted ON/OFF switch, and is compatible with LED sources with an E26/E27 fitting. The IP20 protection rating confirms its suitability for indoor use. Power supply is universal, with an input voltage of 100–240 V compatible with EU, USA, UK, Australian and Japanese standards.
