Artemide Tizio table lamp white

Artemide Tizio is one of the most iconic table lamps in the history of international design. Created by Richard Sapper for Artemide in 1972, this 2022 reissue in matt white reinterprets a modern classic with the same formal and functional elegance that made it world-famous. The painted polycarbonate structure features an adjustable head and arms, allowing precise direction of the light beam to suit any lighting requirement. The GY6,35 12V lampholder is compatible with LED or halogen sources up to 35W, with a universal input voltage of 100–240V and an IP20 protection rating.

The Artemide Tizio is ideal as a reading lamp or task light thanks to its extraordinary orientation flexibility. Its variable dimensions — width from 780 to 1080 mm and length from 315 to 660 mm — make it suitable for desks, bedside tables and working surfaces. It integrates perfectly in a design office, a refined bedroom or a contemporary living room. The lamp includes a switch and features a base diameter of 110 mm. For optimal lighting, the use of a 2.5W warm white LED bulb is recommended (not included). The Tizio was awarded the Compasso d'Oro in 1979 and is part of the permanent collection of the MoMA in New York: a piece of design history that remains an essential reference in contemporary interior decoration.
