Artemide Tizio is one of the most iconic table lamps in the history of contemporary design. Designed by Richard Sapper for Artemide in 1972, this version in black is crafted in painted polycarbonate and stands out for its essential silhouette, counterbalanced arms and adjustable head, which together allow virtually unlimited positioning freedom. The structure is engineered to carry electrical current through the arms themselves, eliminating any visible external cable and giving the lamp its characteristic formal purity.

The ability to adjust both the direction of the light and the luminous intensity via the built-in dimmer makes the Tizio ideal as a reading light, a task lamp for a workstation, or a bold decorative statement in the living room or bedroom. Compatible with a LED or halogen light source, GY6,35 base, up to 35W (bulb not included; a 2.5W warm white LED is recommended), the lamp operates on a universal voltage of 100-240V and carries an IP20 protection rating. The dimensions range from 780 to 1080 mm in width and from 315 to 660 mm in length, with a reflector diameter of 110 mm, confirming the lamp's remarkable adaptability to a wide range of settings.
