Artemide Reeds led floor lamp

Artemide Reeds is an outdoor LED floor lamp designed by Klaus Begasse for Artemide, evoking with remarkable visual poetry the silhouette of a natural reed bed. Its methacrylate (PMMA) rods of varying heights — seven per unit — are screwed onto the base via stainless steel bushes, while the aesthetic cover is crafted in technopolymer. The irregularly shaped base is specifically designed to allow "mosaic" interlocking with other fixtures, enabling the creation of bespoke, articulated light compositions. Available in both Single and Triple versions, Reeds stands out for its exceptional IP68 protection rating, ensured by a silicone gasket that makes the fixture completely waterproof.

Reeds is conceived to enhance outdoor settings such as gardens, terraces, and landscaped areas, where light diffused through the PMMA rods creates an evocative atmosphere, with part of the illumination also projected onto the ground around the base. The Single version delivers 9.5 W with a luminous flux of 79 lm, while the Triple version reaches 28 W and 237 lm, accommodating lighting scenarios of varying intensity. Both configurations operate at an input voltage of 24 V AC/DC — the electronic power supply is provided separately — and offer a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) with a colour rendering index of CRI 80. The fixture is supplied with a 1.5 m cable, can be fixed to the ground using the holes in the bottom plate, and features a base measuring 224 x 219 mm with an overall height of 1499 mm. Compatibility with major international voltage standards (EU, AUD, USA, UK, JAP) and Insulation Class III classification complete a high-level technical profile, fully in keeping with Artemide's design philosophy.
