Artemide Metacolor floor lamp

Artemide Metacolor is the floor lamp that made history in design lighting, redefining the very concept of coloured light. Designed by Ernesto Gismondi for the Metamorphosis collection by Artemide, this cylindrical methacrylate floor lamp stands 2040 mm tall, with a cylinder diameter of 150 mm and a circular base of Ø 340 mm featuring an integrated blue presence light. Its space-age aesthetic — at once vintage and futuristic — makes it a genuine design object, commanding attention in any space with a truly palpable presence.

Metacolor goes far beyond simple lighting: thanks to its integrated LEDs — a 40W white source at 3000K with a CRI90 colour rendering index and a luminous flux of 2500 lm, combined with an 86W RGB system — the lamp transforms the atmosphere of a room through ten preset scenes, such as "Dream" for relaxation or "Idea" to spark creativity. Each scene can be selected via the display at the base and managed quickly and intuitively through the Artemide App on a smartphone. The light emission is diffused, powered at 220-240V via an integrated driver, and fully dimmable. With an IP20 protection rating, Metacolor is designed for indoor use and is the perfect statement piece for a living room or any space where light becomes the true protagonist.
