Artemide Ixa XL suspension lamp

Artemide Ixa XL is a suspension lamp designed by Foster + Partners Industrial Design for Artemide, interpreting the concept of elegant balance inspired by Alexander Calder's sculptures. Its structure in aluminium, steel and technopolymer is characterised by clean lines and an adjustable spherical head that directs light precisely where needed, combining engineering precision with a sustainable approach to design. The light source is an integrated 14 W LED, with direct emission and an IP20 protection rating.

Thanks to dim-to-warm technology, the colour temperature shifts dynamically between 1800 and 3000 K, delivering warm and natural light in any setting, while a CRI of 90 ensures excellent colour rendering. The lamp is dimmable and compatible with flexible control systems, making it suitable for both residential and professional environments. Ixa XL is an ideal choice for the living room and the bedroom, where light quality and aesthetic consistency truly matter. With a height of 1024 mm and a head diameter of 150 mm, Ixa XL is available in four finishes — anthracite, blue, white/grey and yellow — to suit a wide range of interior styles. The universal input voltage of 100–240 V ensures full compatibility with electrical systems worldwide.
