Artemide Ixa Spot wall lamp

Artemide Ixa Spot is an integrated LED wall lamp designed by Artemide in collaboration with Foster+Partners, conceived for interiors that demand both lighting quality and formal research. Crafted in metal, Ixa Spot stands out for its essential and functional design, inspired by the sculptures of Alexander Calder: a visual language that reinterprets elegant balance through precise lines and rigorous geometries. At the heart of the project is a spherical head-diffuser with 360° freedom of movement, detachable from the rod via a magnetic system to be freely oriented in any desired direction — a design choice that is as innovative as it is intuitive.

Ixa Spot adapts effortlessly to both residential and contract settings, offering a flexible and refined lighting solution for the living room, the bedroom or the office. The 9 W integrated LED source with a colour temperature of 3000 K warm white and a colour rendering index of CRI 90 ensures superior lighting quality, faithfully enhancing materials and surfaces with high chromatic accuracy. The direct light emission allows the beam to be concentrated with precision, making it ideal for accent lighting or reading. The lamp is dimmable and compatible with input voltages of 100-240 V, adapting to any domestic or professional electrical system. The IP20 protection rating defines its use for dry indoor environments, while insulation class I and the included driver complete a technically robust product developed with the sustainable approach that characterises every stage of the Ixa family.
