Artemide Ixa led table lamp

Artemide Ixa is the LED table lamp designed by Artemide in collaboration with Foster+Partners, a design object that combines technology, sustainability and sculptural beauty in an essential yet refined form. Crafted in metal, Ixa is defined by its spherical head-diffuser, which rotates freely through 360° and can be completely detached from the stem thanks to a magnetic system — an innovative, functional and intelligent solution that allows the direction of light to be freely adapted at any time. The integrated 10 W LED source emits direct light at a colour temperature of 3000 K with a CRI 90 colour rendering index, delivering warm, colour-faithful illumination.

Inspired by the kinetic sculptures of Alexander Calder, Ixa reinterprets elegant balance through precise lines and clean geometry, shaped by a design philosophy in which sustainability informs every stage of the product's development. The table version fits naturally on desks, work surfaces, bedside tables and shelves, making it equally suited to residential and contract settings. It is an ideal choice for the office, where it brings a refined point of light, as well as for the bedroom, where its warm and directable glow enhances the bedside atmosphere. The dimmable function allows light intensity to be adjusted according to need, while the IP20 rating confirms its suitability for indoor use. Power is supplied via an integrated driver with an input voltage of 220–240 V and insulation class I. Ixa is available in multiple finishes — Anthracite, Yellow, White/Grey, Blue and Red — broadening its aesthetic versatility and making it easy to integrate into a wide range of interior styles, from the most minimal to the most expressive.
