Artemide Helgoland ceiling or recessed spotlight

Helgoland by Artemide Architectural, designed by Carlotta de Bevilacqua, is a ceiling or recessed spotlight with integrated LED built around an innovative and highly efficient lighting principle. The patented refractive optics technology based on a hexagonal grid, inspired by the structure of honeycombs, maximises luminous flux density within an exceptionally compact form: the optical engine is just 12.5 mm thick, achieving an efficiency of up to 150 lm/W. An integrated screen eliminates multiple shadows, ensuring glare-free visual comfort with direct light emission and a 38° optic angle. The fixture is available in white or brown and operates at 220-240V, with a colour rendering index of CRI 90 and a choice of colour temperature between 3000K and 4000K.

Helgoland is an exceptionally versatile and unobtrusive design solution, conceived to integrate seamlessly into both residential and professional environments. It adapts to multiple installation configurations through a dedicated range of accessories: surface-mounted or recessed, with or without frame, or with an adjustable arm for connection to systems and tracks such as Sylt. Its compact dimensions and low weight make it an ideal choice for office spaces, living room settings and any interior requiring high-quality technical lighting. The spotlight is available in four sizes: the Ø60 mm model delivers 2.6W and 377 lm; the Ø90 mm model offers 6W and 893 lm; the Ø120 mm model reaches 8.5W and 1277 lm; and the Ø160 mm model provides 17W with a luminous flux of 2530 lm. The IP40 rating and insulation class III ensure safe use in indoor environments. The light source is not dimmable and must be completed with the specific accessories for the desired installation type, available only on request by contacting customer service.
