Artemide Falkland 165 red is an iconic filanca suspension lamp designed by Bruno Munari in 1964 and produced by Artemide. Its evocative cocoon-like silhouette is generated by the natural tension of a filanca tube combined with the weight of a series of metal rings of different diameters: a spontaneous form shaped solely by the balance of internal forces. In this special edition, the elastic fabric is rendered in a rare and striking red, lending the lamp an exceptionally scenic and distinctive character.

The structure consists of seven aluminium rings of progressively varying diameters, a red filanca tube, and an aluminium reflector that echoes the fabric's fluid curves. The textile acts as a natural filter, producing a soft, diffused light emission with a warm and atmospheric chromatic quality.
