Artemide Falkland 165 red led Suspension Lamp in Filanca

The Falkland 165 suspension lamp is an iconic design piece, distinguished by a diffuser reminiscent of a cocoon. Its shape is created by the natural tension of a filanca tube combined with the weight of a series of metal rings: a spontaneous form generated solely by the internal forces that define it.

The lamp is composed of seven metal rings of different diameters, a special filanca tube, a single light bulb, and an aluminum reflector that echoes the soft curves of the fabric.

This is a special edition featuring a red filanca tube, a rare and highly decorative variant that gives the lamp an even more striking and scenic presence. The distinctive red textile produces a warm, soft red glow, while the bulb—contrasting elegantly with the red fabric—creates a beautifully atmospheric lighting effect.

Beyond its strong visual impact, Falkland provides general and diffused illumination: the fabric acts as a filter, gently distributing light evenly throughout the surrounding space.

The light source requires a dimmable 8W LED bulb (recommended for greater energy efficiency) or a 77W halogen bulb, both with an E27 socket.
