Artemide Eclisse PVD Limited Edition is the iconic table lamp by Artemide, originally designed by Vico Magistretti in 1965 and reimagined for the brand's 100th Anniversary in four exclusive finishes crafted using PVD technology (physical vapour deposition). The painted metal body is available in Black, Chrome, Gold and Copper, lending a contemporary and refined character to a design object that has long been part of history. Its simple, compact and rounded forms, inspired by miners' lanterns, earned the Compasso d'Oro in 1967, and today Eclisse is permanently exhibited at the MoMA in New York and the Triennale Design Museum in Milan.

The distinctive quality of Eclisse lies in its three-hemisphere structure: two fixed elements — the base and the outer shell — and one mobile inner shell that rotates manually on its own axis, allowing the user to modulate the light emission and faithfully reproduce the effect of a lunar eclipse. This intuitive adjustment makes it easy to create different atmospheres throughout the day, from a full diffused glow to a soft halo. With its compact dimensions — 120 mm in diameter and 180 mm in length — and timeless design, Eclisse PVD suits both the bedroom and the living room with equal elegance, as well as contract and hospitality environments.
