Artemide Droplet Dimmable LED Ceiling Lamp in Aluminum

Designer Ross Lovegrove enchants the world of lighting and art design with his Droplet for Artemide. The ceiling lamp is fully in a visionary style, like Lovegrove himself who in Droplet combines technology, aesthetic expression and three-dimensional physical art. The fact is that Droplet looks like a puddle of liquid aluminum from which three clear bowls emerge. According to the artist, the circular shape of the lamp - created entirely digitally as well as every detail - causes the ripples to intersect in a concentric way to define the areas of light reflection, acting like a dichroic liquid and expanding indirectly. Furthermore two warm light color temperatures of 3000K or 2700K have been chosen for this lamp. The material used is die-cast aluminum for the chrome-coloured luminous bodies and again aluminum this time printed and painted for the reflector. Droplet is an innovative, futuristic, naturalistic lamp: perfect for interiors and places that want to acquire a certain refined prestige like the lamp itself.
