Artemide Chlorophilia led chandelier

Artemide Chlorophilia is an LED suspension chandelier designed by Ross Lovegrove, a project that masterfully combines Artemide's technical expertise in light engine engineering with the designer's unmistakable organic and fluid formal language. The central body, crafted in methacrylate with aluminium, steel and polished chrome finishes, houses a 44 W LED source and extends into three transparent phytomorphic surfaces arranged radially, evoking the lightness and grace of leaves. These elements partially overlap, multiplying the interplay of shadows and generating a highly scenographic ceiling effect, while still delivering correct and effective illumination throughout the space. With a diameter of 780 mm and a length of 650 mm, the lamp commands a strong yet ethereal visual presence.

Chlorophilia truly reveals itself when illuminated: the delicate projected shadows interact dynamically with the surrounding space, turning any environment into a unique luminous composition. It is the ideal choice for enhancing a living room or any representative interior where lighting design takes centre stage. The LED source delivers a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) with a CRI 90 colour rendering index, ensuring rich chromatic accuracy and an enveloping atmosphere, with an emitted luminous flux of 3146 lumens. Compatibility with input voltages of 100–240 V makes it suitable for installations worldwide, with certifications for EU, AUD, USA, UK and JAP markets. The power cord measures 1500 mm in length, the protection rating is IP20, and the insulation class is Class I. The lamp is dimmable via PUSH system and the Artemide App, which uses the Bluetooth Low Energy protocol to automatically recognise the installed fixture and manage its performance in real time, offering intuitive and personalised control over light intensity. Chlorophilia also defines a modular compositional principle: its elements can be multiplied to create articulated multi-level installations or extended horizontally, opening up custom solutions of remarkable architectural impact.
