Artemide Alphabet of Light numbers

Artemide Alphabet of Light Numbers is the collection of LED wall lamps by Artemide Architectural, designed by BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, transforming the digits 0 to 9 into sculptural light installations. Crafted from high-quality technopolymers, each piece combines essential geometric forms with Artemide's patented optoelectronic and mechanical expertise, rendering typographic graphics into light with strikingly expressive results. The integrated LED delivers direct light emission at a colour temperature of 3000 K (warm white) and a CRI80 colour rendering index, creating a warm and visually powerful atmosphere. An input voltage range of 100–240 V and insulation class III ensure international compatibility and safe installation, while the IP20 protection rating confirms suitability for indoor use only.

With their strong visual identity, Alphabet of Light Numbers are ideal for contract spaces, showrooms, museums, hospitality venues and distinctive residential environments. They suit a creative office as well as a contemporary living room, where a single digit can become a message, an emotion or a standalone design statement. Each number is supplied with a blister pack for wall mounting; an integrated panel fixing is also available on request. The driver is not included and must be purchased separately from the installation accessories, suitable for powering up to two Alphabet elements. Each digit has its own power and luminous flux: 0 delivers 32 W for 2808 lm, 1 gives 26 W for 2205 lm, 2 provides 32 W for 2835 lm, 3 outputs 26 W for 2304 lm, 4 produces 26 W for 2214 lm, 5 reaches 34 W for 2943 lm, 6 emits 28 W for 2502 lm, 7 generates 22 W for 1872 lm, 8 delivers 40 W for 3456 lm and 9 provides 28 W for 2502 lm. Every element measures 950×650 mm. The collection also includes versions featuring lowercase and uppercase letters, enabling the composition of words, messages and striking visual arrangements across any space.
