Artemide Alambicco suspension lamp horizontal

Artemide Alambicco is a horizontal suspension lamp designed by Neil Poulton for Artemide, celebrating the mastery of handcrafted blown glass in a modular composition of strong visual presence. At the heart of the design lies an extruded aluminum structure housing the LED circuits on four sides, enclosed by a knurled glass cylinder that screens the internal components and minimizes glare. Above this first layer, fluidly shaped diffusers are added, crafted using the artisanal balloton technique, which enriches the light with distinctive reflections and transparencies. The result is a sculptural and elegant suspension lamp measuring 1210 × 190 × 190 mm, with a power output of 45 W integrated LED and a color temperature of 3000 K warm white, supported by a CRI90 color rendering index for a faithful and enveloping reproduction of colors.

Alambicco fits naturally into high-end residential and contract settings, bringing aesthetic and technical quality to spaces such as the living room or the kitchen, where warm, diffused light enhances convivial atmospheres. The lamp supports intensity adjustment thanks to its dimmable function, allowing the ambiance to be tailored to the needs of any moment. An IP20 protection rating and 220–240 V input voltage confirm its suitability for indoor installations.
