Rectangular recessed luminaire for wall installation. Configuration: die-cast aluminum body EN AB-47100 alloy (low copper content). Diffuser in sanded glass. Double layer coating with high corrosion resistance: The aluminum parts are painted with a double layer with powders in line with the QUALICOAT standard: a first layer of epoxy powder (with excellent chemical and mechanical resistance) and a second layer of powder finish polyester (resistant to UV rays and atmospheric agents). The entire painting process starts with the components that have been previously sandblasted to make the surface more porous and ensure greater adhesion of the paint. Ares performs alkaline and acid washings to completely clean the surfaces, rinse with demineralized water to remove any residual particles, then perform a chemical conversion treatment to protect against rust.
