Description

Sacco Pelle is the anatomical armchair by Zanotta, designed in 1968 by Gatti, Paolini and Teodoro. It measures 68 × 80 × 80 cm. The outer shell contains high-resistance expanded polystyrene beads, conforming to the shape of whoever sits in it.

The upholstery is available in three leather options: Pelle 95, Pelle 98 and Pelle 99. The piece works well in the soggiorno, where its free-form silhouette integrates naturally into a variety of settings. The 1968 design preserves its original concept intact: no rigid frame, only the high-resistance expanded polystyrene bead filling enclosed within the shell.
