Zanotta Derby armchair

The Derby armchair, designed by Noé Duchaufour Lawrance for Zanotta, is a bergère armchair with a high backrest and an enveloping, ergonomic shape, available with a swivel steel base or a fixed base with feet. The outer shell, made of rigid polyurethane, is covered in leather hide, while the internal padding in polyurethane and heat-bound polyester fibre, supported by elastic strap suspension, ensures lasting comfort and durability. Its stitching and shapes draw inspiration from the world of saddlery and equestrian tradition.

Designed to furnish the living room or a dedicated reading and relaxation corner with character, Derby can be paired with a matching pouf with a steel frame, completing the composition with the same tailored attention to detail. The removable inner cover, in fabric or leather, holds the softness of fine materials within the seat, while the leather shell wraps the whole in an elegant, timeless finish that reflects the artisanal tradition that has always distinguished Zanotta's products.
