Zanotta Ardea CM armchair

The Ardea CM armchair by Zanotta is a bergère armchair designed for conversation, conceived as a tribute to the piece created by Carlo Mollino in 1946 for Casa Minola. The base is made of solid oak, in natural or black-stained finish, or of solid Canaletto walnut in natural colour, with a waxed lacquer finish; the internal steel frame, supported by elastic strap suspension, ensures lasting stability and comfort.

The backrest, folded inward, forms a headrest with the distinctive "ear" wings, creating a more intimate, secluded feel, ideal for furnishing the living room or conversation areas with character. The support wraps around the whole body, offering a welcoming seat with renewed comfort, while the polyurethane and heat-bound polyester fibre padding ensures lasting softness. The removable outer cover, in fabric or leather, allows a choice between different colour and material combinations, adapting Ardea CM to a variety of furnishing contexts.
