Light is poetry and emotion: Why not always carry it with us, in every environment and situation? Zafferano presents Pencil, an innovative LED lighting system for domestic environments and public spaces, designed by Federico de Majo.

Pencil is a battery-powered, portable and rechargeable light module which, thanks to the appropriate accessories, can become a floor, table, wall and suspension lamp. Equipped with a LED light source, Pencil produces an intense and well-directed light, suitable for public and private spaces, even outdoors. The pentagonal section structure is in extruded aluminum painted white, corten or dark gray while the diffuser is in satin opal polycarbonate. A 4-step touch dimmer allows you to precisely calibrate the lighting of an environment and to choose the color temperature of the light between 2700-3350-4000° Kelvin (dynamic white). Pencil can be recharged in two ways: directly via charger or by contact on the docking station, which can also be used only as a module housing, for use as a floor or table lamp. Thanks to the advanced LED board, an electronic control system monitors the residual autonomy and guarantees a constant luminous flux until the battery runs out, allowing you to optimize recharges and always carry them out correctly. The long battery life varies from 8h to 58h, according to the adjustment of the luminous flux. Equipped with silicone rings on the lower and upper parts, to facilitate the support against the wall/ground.
