The historic but futuristic VP Globe pendant lamp was originally designed by Verner Panton in 1969, a designer known as one of the most important representatives of the space age, whose lamp reflects this style of the late 1960s and 1970s. The VP Globe features a crystal clear acrylic outer sphere, complete with five inner reflectors suspended from three steel chains, with splashes of color adding the finishing touch to the sculptural design. Panton's ambition was to design a lamp that could catch the eye and “unite” a room, regardless of whether it was hung individually or in groups. This makes the pendant an ideal choice above a dining table, in a small or long hallway, or as a sculptural element in a corner of the room. The bulb in the center of the VP Globe disperses diffused light for mood lighting.
VP Globe Ø28 is the smallest version of the entire collection, with an integrated ceiling rose and adjustable suspension cable up to a maximum of 400 cm. It is available in Chrome/Red/Blue finish. The light source is not included.
