Verpan Fun 11DM suspension lamp

Fun 11Dm is a truly refined suspension lamp. It is also part of the Fun collection, a tribute to a natural marine element: the shell. The Scandinavian designer Verner Panton designed this luminous collection in 1964 starting from the use of new and unexpected materials to create original design products never seen before. The shell with its shiny pearly nuances is highlighted through the creation of very thin delicate discs held together by small steel rings forming chains. This is how a shimmering luminous cascade starts, bearer of a semi-translucent and brilliant effect, hanging from each ring of the chandelier. Fun 11DM is full of history and creativity, the bearer of limitless magic and elegance for different indoor areas, through diffused and shining light. It is ideal for embellishing living rooms, halls, kitchens, bedrooms, restaurants and hotels, bars and clubs, entrances, showrooms and artistic venues. It is available with five concentric metal rings in a Chrome or Brass finish. In the 1960s, Verner Panton launched a collection of lamps specially created using unusual natural materials and novelties for the time, such as shells and mother-of-pearl. A proposal that still surprises and leaves you speechless today, an object of inspiration for many artists, designers and stylists such as Paco Rabanne.
